Our story

A software development company built by engineers, for businesses that need things to work

Softzee started in 2020 with a small team of engineers. We kept meeting good businesses held back by software that did not fit them: off-the-shelf tools that needed five workarounds, and agency builds that looked great in the demo and fell apart under real users.

So we built the company around a different way of working. We scope honestly, ship working software every two weeks, and hand over code, cloud accounts and documentation that the client fully owns. When an existing product is the better answer, we say so, even if it means a smaller project for us.

Six years later, Softzee has offices in Pakistan, the United States, Saudi Arabia and Australia, and we have delivered 120+ products, from booking platforms and B2B order systems to AI voice agents that answer calls in Arabic and English.

Our work today covers four practices: custom software and product engineering, AI and automation, cloud and DevOps, and dedicated development teams. Most clients come to us for one project and stay for years, because the people who built their product are the same people keeping it running.
