The Brief
The Oasis Golf & Aqua Resort is a members-only family resort on Multan Road, on the outskirts of Lahore. Spread over roughly 1,350 kanals, it has a 9-hole, par 36 golf course, water slides imported from Europe and a leisure area with go-karts, sand buggies, archery, tennis and horse riding. Softzee designed and built the resort's mobile app for members and their guests.
The Challenge
Members had no direct line to the resort. Guest visits were arranged over the phone, event news travelled by word of mouth, and checking on a booking meant calling the front desk.
Give members and non-members their own way into the app, with simple sign up and sign in.
Let members reserve a guest visit on a date that has space, with the number of guests set up front.
Show every booking and event booking in one place with a clear status: confirmed, pending or cancelled.
Keep members up to date on festivals, family nights and seasonal events at the resort.
The Solution
We designed and built an Android app in the resort's own blue and red, with a bottom bar that keeps profile, news, reservations and billing one tap away.
Member and non-member access
Two entry points from the first screen, with sign up for new users and login for existing members.
Resort home
A photo-led home screen that introduces golf, aqua and leisure and surfaces the latest news.
News and events
A feed of festivals, family nights and seasonal events, so members know what is coming up.
Guest reservation
A calendar that shows open dates, a guest count picker and the visit rules before the request is sent.
Booking history
My bookings and event bookings in one list, each with its date, guest count and status.
Billing and profile
Members check their billing and manage their profile from the same bottom bar.
The Impact
The Oasis now has a direct channel to its members. Guest reservations, booking updates and event news that used to depend on phone calls sit in one app, and the app has passed 5,000 downloads on Google Play.
