CI/CD pipelines
Automated pipelines that build, test and deploy every change, using GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Bitbucket Pipelines or Azure DevOps. Deployments use blue-green or rolling strategies with one-click rollback.
We build the pipelines, environments, and observability that let your team deploy safely many times a day — automated, reproducible, and visible when something goes wrong.
You can tell a lot about a software team by how it feels on release day. If deployments happen late at night, need one specific person, and involve copying files by hand or running a checklist from a wiki page, the team is carrying risk it does not need to carry. Every manual step is a chance to get it wrong, and every bad release makes the next one slower and more cautious. DevOps is the practical fix: automated builds, tests and deployments, environments defined in code, and monitoring that tells you what broke before customers do.
Our DevOps services start with how your team works today. We look at branching, code review, build times, how environments are created, how deployments happen and what happens when something fails in production. Then we design the release process before choosing tools, because a pipeline that automates a confusing process just produces confusion faster. From there we build CI/CD pipelines with safe rollbacks, move infrastructure into version control, and set up logs, metrics and alerts that point at real causes rather than generic symptoms.
Softzee has run builds and deployments for web platforms, mobile apps and AI products since 2020, including our own productized AI voice agent and support assistant. We work with startups that have never had a dedicated DevOps engineer and with growing companies whose setup has drifted over the years. Clients across the UK, the US, Australia, Saudi Arabia and the UAE use us either for a one-time setup or as an ongoing DevOps team. The end goal does not change: your developers can deploy small changes safely, any day of the week.

Servers, networks, databases and permissions defined in Terraform or a similar tool and reviewed like any other code. New environments can be created in minutes, and nothing changes in production without a record.
Applications packaged with Docker and run on managed Kubernetes, ECS or simpler container platforms where those fit better. We only recommend Kubernetes when the team and workload justify its overhead.
Centralized logs, metrics, traces and dashboards using tools like Grafana, Prometheus, Datadog or the cloud provider's own services. Alerts are tuned so they wake someone only when action is needed.
Automated builds, signing and store submissions for iOS and Android with tools like Fastlane and Expo EAS. Releases to TestFlight and Play Console stop depending on one developer's laptop.
Temporary environments created automatically for each pull request, so product owners and QA can review changes before they merge. They are torn down afterward to keep costs under control.
We agree on branching, environments and release strategy first, then pick tools that fit. You avoid a stack of expensive tools that nobody uses properly.
Pipelines include automated tests, security scans and approval gates where they matter. Rollbacks are built in and tested, so a bad deploy is a minor event rather than an outage.
A five-person startup does not need the setup of a bank. We build something your team can understand and maintain, and grow it as you grow.
Every pipeline and environment is documented, with runbooks for common incidents. We train your developers so DevOps becomes part of how the team works, not a black box.
Fast pipelines and preview environments that let small teams ship several times a day without a full-time DevOps hire.
Pipelines with mandatory approvals, audit trails, secrets management and change records that satisfy auditors and regulators.
Zero-downtime deployments and autoscaling so promotions and storefront changes can go live during trading hours without risk.
Controlled releases with full traceability of what changed, when and by whom, plus monitoring of systems clinics depend on daily.
Release automation for driver and customer apps alongside backend services, keeping mobile and API versions compatible as both evolve.
Reliable deployments and capacity planning for learning platforms that see huge spikes at enrollment, exams and term start.
Tell us what you are trying to build. You will get an honest take on scope, timeline and cost, usually within one business day.
Softzee built a scalable platform that makes it easy to discover venues, book wellness services, and check in across Pakistan’s growing fitness network.
Softzee designed a two-sided booking platform that makes it easy for passengers to schedule rides and for drivers to manage trips, updates, and completions in one seamless workflow.
Our team has expertise in 100+ technologies and programming languages, including the AI coding tools rewriting how software gets built.

A one-time DevOps setup covering CI/CD, infrastructure as code and basic monitoring for a typical product usually costs between $8,000 and $35,000. Ongoing managed DevOps support generally ranges from $2,500 to $10,000 per month depending on scope and response times. Cost depends on the number of services and environments, cloud complexity, compliance needs and whether mobile release automation is included. We begin with a short delivery assessment so you can see the plan and cost before committing.
A working CI/CD pipeline for a single application can usually be in place within one to two weeks. A full setup with multiple services, infrastructure as code, staging and production environments, and monitoring typically takes four to eight weeks. We deliver in stages, so your team starts deploying through the new pipeline early. Complex legacy setups may take longer.
Many small and mid-size teams do not, at least at first. A well-built pipeline and infrastructure as code need far less day-to-day attention than manual setups. Outsourced DevOps support, combined with developers trained to handle routine changes, is often more cost-effective until the platform grows. We will tell you honestly when it is time to hire in house, and help you onboard that person.
We work with GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Bitbucket Pipelines and Azure DevOps for CI/CD, Terraform and Pulumi for infrastructure as code, and Docker with Kubernetes or ECS for containers. For monitoring we use Grafana, Prometheus, Datadog, Sentry and native cloud tools. We run on AWS, Azure, Google Cloud and simpler providers like DigitalOcean. Tool choice follows your team and budget.
Ask how they decide on release strategy before talking tools, and how they handle rollbacks and incidents. Look for a partner that documents everything and trains your team rather than creating dependency. Ask to see example pipeline code and runbooks. A good partner will also be honest about what you do not need yet.
Secrets such as API keys and database passwords are stored in a secrets manager, never in code or pipeline files. Access follows least privilege, with short-lived credentials for pipelines wherever the platform supports it. All accounts and repositories belong to you, and our access is removed at the end of an engagement. Pipelines also include dependency and container image scanning to catch known vulnerabilities.
Yes. We can provide monitoring and on-call support on a monthly basis, or help you design an on-call rotation your own team can sustain. That includes alert tuning, runbooks for common failures and post-incident reviews. The aim is fewer pages at night and faster recovery when something does go wrong.
