Support triage agent
Reads incoming tickets, emails or chats, tags them, pulls customer details and answers routine questions. Everything else goes to the right person with a summary attached.
We build individual agents for specific jobs — support triage, research, data entry, internal ops — scoped tightly enough to be trusted and measured against the work they replace.
The agents that work in production are usually narrow. One handles support triage. Another books appointments. Another reads supplier emails and updates purchase orders. Our AI agent development follows that pattern: we pick a single job, define exactly what done looks like and build an agent that does that job well. Broad assistants that try to do everything are hard to test and hard to trust. A focused agent can be measured against the person or process it replaces, and that measurement is what tells you whether it is worth keeping.
Each agent we build has three parts. The instructions and model that handle reasoning. The tools that let it read and write in your systems, such as your CRM, calendar, inbox or order database. And the escalation path that hands the case to a person when the agent is unsure, lacks permission or meets something new. That third part is where many off-the-shelf agents fall short. A clean handoff, with the context already written up, saves your staff more time than an agent that tries to answer everything and gets some of it wrong.
We also run agents of our own. Softzee's AI voice agent answers calls in Arabic and English, books appointments and writes to a CRM, and our support assistant handles customer questions on web and WhatsApp. Running them taught us about latency on phone calls, dialect handling and what happens when a caller changes their mind halfway through a booking. If you are comparing AI agent development companies, that operating experience matters more than a polished demo. We have been building software since 2020 for clients in the Gulf, the UK, the US and Australia.
We scope one job per agent and the success criteria it will be judged on.

Reads incoming tickets, emails or chats, tags them, pulls customer details and answers routine questions. Everything else goes to the right person with a summary attached.
Handles bookings, rescheduling and cancellations by phone, WhatsApp or web chat, connected to your real calendar. A common fit for clinics, salons, gyms and service businesses.
Answers calls in Arabic and English, captures caller details, answers common questions and routes urgent calls. Built on the same stack as our own voice agent product.
Reads invoices, orders, CVs or forms from email and shared folders and enters the data into your system. Uncertain fields are flagged for review instead of guessed.
Replies to new inquiries within seconds, asks qualifying questions and books calls for good fits. Useful for real estate, education and B2B services with high inquiry volumes.
Answers staff questions about HR policies, IT procedures or stock levels, and handles simple requests like leave balance checks or pulling a standard report.
Every agent starts with a baseline: how long the job takes today, how often it goes wrong and what it costs. After launch we report the agent's numbers against that baseline.
Handoffs to humans include a summary, the data gathered and the reason for escalating. Your team picks up where the agent stopped instead of starting over.
We build agents for Gulf businesses that work in both languages, including mixed-language messages. We test with real customer phrasing, not textbook Arabic.
Our voice agent and support assistant run live for real businesses. What we learn from operating them goes straight into client builds.
Booking, reminder and intake agents for clinics and dental practices, with any medical question always routed to staff.
Membership, class booking and trial sign-up agents for gyms and studios, connected to member management systems. We know this space from building Gym Passport.
Lead response agents that qualify buyers and tenants, share matching listings and book viewings at any hour.
Phone and WhatsApp ordering agents that take orders, answer menu questions and manage reservations during the busiest hours.
Order tracking, returns and product question agents that take load off support teams during sales and peak seasons.
Booking change, check-in and guest request agents that work across time zones and reply in the guest's language.

Softzee built a scalable platform that makes it easy to discover venues, book wellness services, and check in across Pakistan’s growing fitness network.
Softzee designed a two-sided booking platform that makes it easy for passengers to schedule rides and for drivers to manage trips, updates, and completions in one seamless workflow.

A single-job AI agent typically costs between $6,000 and $35,000 to build and launch. Text agents connected to one system sit at the low end. Voice agents, agents connected to several systems and agents with detailed escalation rules cost more. Running costs for models, telephony and hosting are separate and scale with volume, often a few hundred dollars a month for a small business.
Most single-job agents go live in 4 to 10 weeks. The first week defines the job, success criteria and escalation rules. Build and integration take two to five weeks, followed by scenario testing and a limited launch. Voice agents sit at the longer end, because call handling and speech quality need more testing.
A chatbot mainly answers questions. An AI agent also takes actions: it books appointments, updates records, sends follow-ups and looks things up in your systems. That means it needs permissions, tests for each action and a way to escalate. Many projects start as a chatbot and become an agent once the business wants it to do things, not just say things.
Yes. We build agents that handle Modern Standard Arabic, Gulf dialects and mixed Arabic and English messages, in both text and voice. Quality varies by model and dialect, so we test with real messages or call recordings from your customers before launch. When the agent is unsure, it escalates instead of guessing.
Before the build we record a baseline for the job, such as response time, resolution rate, handling time and error rate. After launch the agent's dashboard tracks the same numbers, along with escalations and customer feedback. We review them with you regularly and tune the agent where it underperforms. If an agent cannot beat the baseline, that is a clear signal to change it or switch it off.
Buy if a product already does your job and connects to your systems. Build when your workflow, language needs or integrations are specific enough that generic tools fall short, or when per-seat pricing gets expensive at your volume. Our own voice agent and support assistant are a middle option: faster to launch, with custom integration where you need it.
You own your customer data, conversation logs and the agent's configuration. Custom builds are delivered with code and prompts in your repository, and data is stored in your accounts or a region you choose. We do not use your conversations to train models for anyone else. Support plans after launch cover monitoring, tuning and updates when providers change their models.
