The Brief
Wood Action is a Lahore-based furniture brand that designs and manufactures contemporary sofas, beds, dining tables and home decor, with customisation on most pieces. Softzee designed and built the Wood Action store on Shopify, giving the brand an online showroom that sells nationwide.
The Challenge
Furniture is a considered purchase, and Wood Action needed a store that made a very large catalogue easy to browse and buy from.
Organise more than 2,400 products across sofas, beds, dining, storage, rugs, lamps, decor and hand-painted furniture.
Help shoppers browse by room as well as by product type, the way people actually furnish a home.
Show made-to-order options, sizes, materials and sale pricing clearly on every product.
Connect online browsing with WhatsApp, phone ordering and showroom visits, which matter to furniture buyers in Pakistan.
The Solution
We built a Shopify store that feels like walking through a showroom: start with a room or a category, compare pieces, and order online or reach the team in one tap.
Shop by room and category
A mega menu by room and product type, plus a visual category carousel at the top of the home page.
Search with category filter
A prominent search bar with a category dropdown, so shoppers can jump straight to what they need.
Product pages built to sell
Large galleries, material and size details, set options, sale pricing and clear Add to Cart and Buy It Now buttons.
Perfect Match cross-sells
Related pieces shown on every product page to grow basket size, such as matching sofas and tables.
Customer homes gallery
A #WOODACTIONHOMES section with real customer photos and reviews to build trust.
WhatsApp, call and showroom
WhatsApp and call shortcuts, nationwide delivery messaging and a showroom card on every product.
The Impact
Wood Action now sells its full range online through a Shopify store it can manage itself, with more than 2,400 products organised by room and category and orders coming in from across Pakistan.
